These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the All Assured Solutions website, online forms, appointment tools, and communications with our existing Facebook Page and Instagram professional account, including interactions supported by Assured Signal Scout. By using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
About All Assured Solutions
All Assured Solutions is an independent insurance and risk-management agency serving businesses and families. We also help people explore employee benefits, bonds, legal and identity-protection services, and other protection solutions through appropriately authorized providers.
Information, not a promise of coverage
Website and social-media information is provided for general educational and communication purposes. It is not a binder, policy, contract, guarantee of coverage, legal opinion, medical advice, tax advice, investment advice, or determination of eligibility.
Insurance coverage is not effective, changed, renewed, or cancelled unless confirmed in writing by an authorized insurance carrier or other authorized party. Submitting a form, sending a message, requesting a risk assessment, receiving a proposal, or making a payment request does not by itself bind or modify coverage. Policy language, carrier underwriting, eligibility requirements, exclusions, conditions, and applicable law control.
Do not rely on social-media comments, direct messages, voicemail, email, or a website form for an urgent claim, coverage change, cancellation request, certificate deadline, or other time-sensitive service need. Contact our team and obtain written confirmation.
Risk assessments and proposals
Our risk assessments and proposals are designed to help identify potential needs and available solutions based on the information provided. They are not guarantees that every exposure, exclusion, or coverage gap has been identified. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and reviewing all applications, proposals, policies, enrollment materials, and provider documents before making a decision.
Assured Signal Scout
Assured Signal Scout helps route inbound Facebook and Instagram comments and messages to our private Agent CRM account for authorized team follow-up. It may classify the general topic of a message, but it does not determine eligibility, recommend coverage, quote prices, bind insurance, or replace a licensed professional. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, payment information, medical records, government identification, or detailed policy documents through public comments or ordinary social-media messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website, forms, social accounts, or communication tools to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or misrepresent your identity or authority;
- submit false, fraudulent, malicious, or misleading information;
- upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or disrupt our services;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse another person; or
- copy, scrape, automate, or exploit content or systems in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.
We may restrict access or disregard abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful requests.
Electronic communications
When you provide contact information or initiate a conversation, you authorize us to respond through reasonable channels related to your request. Marketing emails and text messages remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the message link and may reply STOP to eligible non-transactional text messages. Carrier, provider, service, security, and legally required communications may be governed by separate terms.
Third-party websites and services
Our website may link to insurance carriers, benefit providers, LegalShield, IDShield, enrollment platforms, scheduling tools, payment services, social networks, and other third parties. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not guarantee availability, eligibility, pricing, security, or performance, and we are not responsible for third-party content or systems outside our control.
Privacy and data deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain information. Instructions for requesting deletion of information received through Assured Signal Scout are available on our Data Deletion Instructions page.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the All Assured Solutions name, branding, website text, graphics, layouts, and original materials are owned by or licensed to All Assured Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable copies for personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce, sell, republish, or create misleading derivative use without permission.
Service availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features, integrations, or communication tools when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, provider changes, or business operations. We do not promise that every service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and communication tools are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. All Assured Solutions is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a user, third-party outages, platform changes, unauthorized access outside our reasonable control, or reliance on general website or social-media information instead of written policy and provider documents.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services, technology, provider relationships, or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
